Amiee-Jade Pember is the Community Psychologist behind Mindful Living Psychology. Mindful Living Psychology merges Amiee’s passions in psychology and mindfulness. She recognises that life transitions, like the transition to parenting, can lead us to question our sense of who we are, what we stand for, and our place in the world. Amiee helps clients to connect with their values and sense of purpose in order to find themselves again. Amiee works with clients across the perinatal period; including men and women who are trying to conceive, coming to terms with pregnancy loss or an unplanned pregnancy, and adjusting to new parenthood or with
the new challenges of an expanding family.
