Great program: Bringing Up Great Kids in the First 1000 Days is a mindful, respectful and reflective program that enables expectant and new parents to go on their own parenting journey in a non-judgemental safe space. BUGK in the First 1000 days promotes positive and nurturing relationships between all adults involved in the pregnancy and care of the new baby/young child.
You get to focus on developing their knowledge and skills to support parents during the pre-natal period and first two years of your child’s life – the First Thousand Days.
Interactive Sessions: Engage in fun and interactive workshops designed to enhance your parenting skills. These sessions will provide hands-on activities, role-playing, and group discussions to foster a deeper understanding of effective communication, positive discipline, building resilience, and much more.
