The South West Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Symposium is delighted to welcome Dr Vijay Roach from the Gidget Foundation as the keynote speaker. This event is suitable for healthcare professionals who deal with expecting and new mothers and infants as well as people with a passion and interest in the topic. The latest research will be presented and discussed on the day. The event will finish with a sundowner event from 4.30-6.30pm and provides an opportunity for further networking.


Tickets are available at $150 (closing date 15 February 2019) and include morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, a sundowner welcome drink and grazing table.

In this interview with Dr Sarah, Child Health Nurse Janine Page provides statistics on the prevalence of perinatal anxiety and depression in Australian women and men. Janine then shares the story behind the Radiance Support Network in Busselton, and the work that Radiance is doing to raise awareness about this important topic.
